TNDR SYNDROMIC DIET

AN INDIVIDUAL SERIES OF SYMPTOMS AND SIGNS IN A PERSON DETERMINES THEIR SYNDROMIC DIAGNOSIS
Once you have your syndromic diagnosis through a test and the study of your tongue, you will know which food is suitable for you and which is best avoided.
Oh! and remember..... the way it is cooked is also important.
Food produces heat, cold, humidity, mucus, dryness and fat in the body. This is why it is important to adapt food to your diet, according to your needs.
For example, if you have too much humidity, seen through swelling, you should eat spicy and bitter food to absorb this humidity. But be careful: you should only eat spicy food if this humidity is not accompanied by heat or toxic heat, in which case spicy food should be avoided.

Each one of us has different symptoms, different constitutions. Some of us retain a lot of fluids and often suffer swelling. Others are prone to anemia and are unable to retain iron, no matter which medication they take.
Whatever your problem, we will correct it with the right diet.
If, in addition to this, we include massages and correct breathing techniques, then we’ll be on our way to PERFECT HEALTH.

As soon as you ask for an appointment I will send you a test to complete for your syndromic diagnosis.
And don’t forget to attach photos of your tongue!
Remember your food is your main medicine.
In this space, I’ll show you some examples of cold, hot, spicy, bitter, sweet and acidic food, among others.
