Let’s talk a little bit about the marma's points of traditional Ayurveda medicine,

According to Sushrutra Samhita, the 108 marmas are very vulnerable areas where the muscles, veins, ligaments, bones and joints meet.
Ayurvedic massage works on them, using the fingers, the knuckles, the hypothenar muscles of the hand, the elbows, the knees and the feet to maintain the EQUILIBRIUM.

But... what is a Marma?

A marma is a point of the body below which vital structures that can be both physical and subtle intersect. Although there are 108, we have 18 very key ones, I would say. The sensation after an Ayurveda massage is of absolute relief.

I'll provide more information soon.
